This is book is designed to make you think, and also to make you laugh. If my grandmother had balls, she'd be my grandfather. The story of the little word if is the first lesson in the book. If you enjoy reading in the bathroom, or reading something inspiring or funny to start your day, this is it. This book is a series of lessons I learned as kid. It is a reinterpretation of these lessons, as an adult. Everything is open for interpretation, and I encourage you to rethink and to lighten up on the thinking. Laugh, and enjoy your precious life because it is the one you are living right now.

If you have questions about where to train, and what you need to know, and you're looking for some guidance, this book is for you. There are some great stories from some wise and seasoned postpartum doulas to inspire you. If you're looking for some business tips, you'll find a chapter on that too.
