Crones of Aquarius

zodiac sign, aquarius, symbol

Crones are the wise women with knowledge and wisdom to share, to spread like seeds that will sprout and grow and produce offspring.  being a crone feels obligatory, yet also inspiring. It isn’t about how many people listen or watch. It’s about being who you were born to be. You could call the crone a sage, and it may sound better.

Language matters. The action or inaction matters more. If I know something, and sharing it may cause another to pause, shift, or simply think about another possibility for their own life, that is enough.

As I tend to the fire I see in front of me, I am tending to the fire inside. Lots of energy to release.

Where does Aquarius fit in? This is what we are entering into December 21, 2020, the Great Conjunction.

Jupiter and Saturn, the two largest planets, will align in the sign of Aquarius, which is an air sign.

The air signs represent ideas and intellect. Aquarius is all about technology and innovation. Humanitarian issues will be in the forefront. While the conjunction happens every 20 years, these two planets haven’t aligned in Aquarius in nearly 400 years. Some say 800 years.

I share this as I am learning about this myself.  I happen to be an air sign, Libra. More significant to me is the fact that the song, “Age of Aquarius,” has always been a favorite of mine. As a child of the 60s, it was all about peace and love. There was also a war going on, which I never did understand.

The year 2020 has been the most chaotic and tumultuous year of my adult life. The energy of fear is so pervasive. Some days are a challenge to stay in and our forth the energy of love, the pure energy of the soul.

I feel it is my earthly duty to be the light, share the light, shine the light, and ignite the light in others. I was born for this time in human evolution; the Age of Aquarius.

Being a crone in the Age of Aquarius brings me back to being the child I was, running barefoot through the dandelions. Carefree, feeling the earth’s energy, noticing the yellow weeds. The color associated with the solar plexus chakra; self-esteem and confidence, our core energy center.

Who knew then that today I would think about that inner child, and be living what was once a song of hope.

As the fire I built begins to flicker and fade, I know that my fire within is burning brightly.

Remember to look up to the southwest sky on December 21 around 7pm Eastern to see the great conjunction. Meditate for peace and love throughout the day, joining the collective conscious of others around the world doing the same. We can make a difference.
