Free Spirit Wellness, the practice of Betsy Schwartz (“Free Spirit Wellness,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit betsyschwartz.com, take our quiz, apply for a program, book a call or session, or join our email list; how we use it; and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain language because you deserve to understand it.

Information you give us

  • Contact details, such as your name, email address, and phone number, when you fill out a form, take the Chakra Quiz, apply, or book a call.
  • Application and intake answers, such as what brings you here, what you hope will change, and your availability. Some of these answers may be personal. Share only what you are comfortable sharing.
  • Scheduling details when you book a call or session, such as your chosen date and time.
  • Messages you send us by email, text, or through our forms.

Payment information

Payments are handled by third-party payment services (for example Venmo, PayPal, Stripe, or the checkout built into our website platform). They collect and store your payment details under their own privacy policies. We do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data, such as browser type, device type, IP address, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit.
  • Cookies and similar technologies that help our pages work and help us understand which pages are useful (see section 5).

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to you, review your application, and schedule your call or sessions.
  • To deliver our programs and sessions, including group circles, private sessions, and program materials.
  • To send you information you asked for, such as your quiz results, and updates about your application or program.
  • To send occasional newsletters and offers if you joined our list. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To process payments, keep records, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
  • To improve our website and programs, and to keep our site secure.

3. Sensitive information

Our work touches personal and emotional topics. We treat what you share in applications, calls, sessions, and group circles as confidential and use it only to support you. We are not a medical or mental-health provider, and our records are not medical records. Please do not send us medical records, government identification numbers, or financial account details through our forms.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our practice:

  • Service providers who help us operate, such as our website, forms, and customer-management platform (FG Funnels, built on HighLevel), email and text-messaging tools, scheduling tools, video-meeting tools, and payment services. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
  • Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of you, us, or others.
  • Business changes, if our practice is transferred, in which case your information may transfer with it.
  • With your permission, in any other situation.

5. Cookies and analytics

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar tools to keep our pages working and to understand how visitors find and use our site, which may include analytics and advertising tools from companies such as Google or Meta. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work without them.

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send messages about your application, calls, sessions, and program updates. If you separately opt in, we may also send occasional marketing messages. Each type has its own opt-in, and neither is required. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, plus any time required for legal, tax, or record-keeping reasons. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.

8. How we protect your information

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email.
  • Stop texts by replying STOP.
  • Ask to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time, and we may need to keep some records where the law requires it.

10. Children

Our website and programs are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
